To qualify for AAA's Top Shop distinction, the auto repair shop must submit, with its application, the following items:

• CSI (Customer Satisfaction Report) for the full year. ScramTrax is a customer satisfaction report that scores a facility. The shop score must be 90% or better. Hi-Tech Car Care scored over 99%

• The most current BBB Report Hi-Tech Car Care Scored an A+
• Customer Complaint Resolutions
• Quality of staff, technicians, training, certifications, ASE, ICAR, AMI, ATRA
• Community Service Donations, Contributions
• Included must be photos of staff, facility, shop area, and 'feel good' photos of staff
• Include publications, letters of recommendations
