All of our technicians are individually certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) and our shop is certified as well. Many shops have ASE Certified technicians, but few shops are ASE Certified.

We've been a AAA Arizona Top Shop in Phoenix for six consecutive years. All AAA Arizona Approved Auto Repair (AAR) shops meet more than twenty standards that
include:

• Providing a list of 200 customers to be surveyed on the shop's service
• Staffing Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certified technicians
• Providing a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on repair work
• Agreeing to binding arbitration if there is a dispute with a AAA member
• Annual re-inspection by AAA
