Our employees make Hi-Tech THE BEST shop in Phoenix. Our Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certified Automotive Technicians can properly diagnose, repair, and service any vehicle. All of our employees are certified as ASE Advance Level Master Automobile Technicians. Our management and support staff are among the first ASE Certified Service Advisors and Parts Specialists. Although we have over 100 years of experience in the auto repair business, our quest for knowledge continues at every level. Even our service advisors average 8 hours of training a month.

I have been working with the Garnand family for almost 12 years and I truly enjoy my job. I have advanced from an office helper to the full charge bookkeeper thanks to the confidence the Garnands’ have in me. I love the “family owned and operated” business atmosphere and hope to be part of this team for a long time. When not at work I like to hang out with my husband of 30 years and our awesome dog Taylor.

pmoultonPete Moulton – General Manager

Pete began his career at age 16 as a gas pumper and tire changer in the state of Maine. He attended school for auto mechanics , Then worked at various automotive shops in Maine. He was recruited by Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in 1981 as a Sales manager. He moved to Arizona in 1995 Mostly for the weather and the change of scenery. He has held a few positions as manager of AAA certified automotive shops in the greater Phoenix Area. He presently is not married but does have two children, and has three grand children. Pete holds a degree from Northern Maine Tech and many awards from AAA.

Jim started at Hi-Tech Car Care at 5 years of age, cleaning the car wash area, and he began full time after graduating from ASU with a business management degree. “My degree and my family experience taught me to value our employees who will, in turn, value the relationship we maintain with our customers,” states Jim. Certified by ASE as a Parts Specialist, Service Consultant and Automotive Technician, Jim understands car repair, but he also prides himself on managing Hi-Tech so that it serves its customers and employees well.
