Our 2013 Outback broke down on the road so we had it towed to Hi-Tech. The front differential had failed which meant that the front differential and the transmission had to be replaced. They worked very hard to get us a properly working transmission. Hi-Tech received multiple faulty transmissions from the supplier so they finally called them and inquired as to how they were processing the '13 Outback transmissions. It turns out that Hi-Tech was able to identify that the supplier was unknowingly damaging the transmissions when processing them. This was going above and beyond to help get us back on the road. Also, Hi-Tech was able to work with our warranty company to get the repairs covered by our warranty. We are very grateful for Hi-Tech and recommend them as a competent, trustworthy shop.
