Come to Hi-Tech regularly? We are offering complimentary roadside assistance for up to $150 if you have an issue. You’re covered for 365 days, nationwide when you need a tow-to-safety, lock-out aid, battery jump start, emergency fuel delivery, or flat tire changing assistance.
How to Receive Roadside Assistance Services
If you are in need of roadside assistance, call the TechNet 120 Roadside Assistance program toll-free number at 1-866-588-0728. The roadside assistance administration will schedule the dispatch. The service provider (the “Service Provider”) requires use of a credit card to arrange for dispatch. You will be reimbursed for covered services up to $150.
How to Receive Reimbursement for Services
If you are in need of roadside assistance, call the TechNet 365 Roadside Assistance program toll-free number at 1-866-588-0728 (option 2). The roadside assistance administration will schedule the dispatch. The service provider (the “Service Provider”) requires use of a credit card to arrange for dispatch.
For reimbursement, your customers simply submit their receipt for vehicle service, plus their original receipt from the roadside service provider to the TechNet Warranty Administrator. If the service provider does not provide the customer with a service receipt, have the customer complete a Reimbursement Request Form and submit it in substitution of an original receipt.
Submit it along with the roadside service receipt and receipt for vehicle service via fax to (866) 924-3668, or email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or postal mail to TechNet Customer Care, P.O. Box 17659, Golden, CO 80402.
Reimbursement will be mailed within 10 to 14 days. Customers receive up to $150 in reimbursement in a 365 day period. Reimbursement may be made to either the motorist or to the Member shop on their behalf as long as the event takes place after the service invoice.
Please note that complimentary Roadside Assistance is not limited to a specific repair or service.
