Garnand’s Hi-Tech Car Care for all your vehicle’s needs in Phoenix, Arizona
Hi Tech Car Care Hires Employees Better Than We Are
Our employees make Hi-Tech THE BEST shop in Phoenix. Our Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certified Automotive Technicians can properly diagnose, repair, and service any vehicle. All of our employees are certified as ASE Advance Level Master Automobile Technicians. Our management and support staff are among the first ASE Certified Service Advisors and Parts Specialists. Although we have over 100 years of experience in the auto repair business, our quest for knowledge continues at every level. Even our service advisors average 8 hours of training a month.
Why do we invest in our employees? We think of our employees as one of our two customers, and an investment into their training means we are investing in the kind of service we offer our second customers – you. We hire technicians who know more than we do so that our knowledge and mastery of auto repair are continually improving. Our work place environment reflects our mission – making your auto repair experience friendly and successful.
We are proud to be among the first Green Businesses in Arizona and appreciate AAA’s role with this program. In addition to AAA Approved Auto Repair, Hi-Tech Car Care has other industry affiliations: ASA, AMRA, BBB, iATN, NARPRO, and Garagefly. Hi-Tech is certified by the following organizations: ASE Blue Seal, Alldata, Motorist Assurance Program, NAPA Autocare and Car Quest TechNet.

I have been working with the Garnand family for almost 12 years and I truly enjoy my job. I have advanced from an office helper to the full charge bookkeeper thanks to the confidence the Garnands’ have in me. I love the “family owned and operated” business atmosphere and hope to be part of this team for a long time. When not at work I like to hang out with my husband of 30 years and our awesome dog Taylor.
