Extremely satisfied. The team at Hi-tech took really good care of me. Honestly, I really don't use shops for my Jeep repairs, I'm one of those back yard mechanics.
I have ran into problems from time to time, and needed expert repair. I have used Hi-tech for repairs on two of my vehicles, and every time I left with the same result. The problem was fixed and I left satisfied without paying an extremely large bill.
I generally don't trust auto repair shops, but I trust them. They never once did work I didn't need, and when they encountered other issues, they called me to let me know. They went above and beyond on diagnosing my repair, and they went above and beyond on bringing life back to my Jeep.

These guys truly deserve there are five stars, I took my jeep to for shops and then stumbled on this company before I decided to have the work done I just wanted to know what the different shops thought and how much it was going to be. I’ll make a long story short and tell you you wouldn’t believe the things that I heard from the other shops. Hi Tech Car Care has made my Vehicle runs like new I can’t believe how much better it feels sounds gas mileage everything this is a very honest very reputable and very good company to work with. Thank you guys very much I love my jeep and you do too.

This place is awesome!! Office staff is incredibly friendly and prices and very fair. Ladies often get overwhelmed and taken advantage of at auto repair shops, but not here. The owner Jim is very kind, and funny! Mike and Justin are the best at explaining what the issue is clearly and giving options, not forcing you into it. I really do love this place!!
